He's simply pointing out how dangerous cross-breeding can be. Sadly there are awful farms where digs ate used to breed a stupid amount whilst living in horrific conditions. These farms are the mixing breeds without having any understanding of it what so ever. Whether the 2019 Al west division Champions Houston Astros shirt is well behaved or not is another thing. Like people, dogs can change, be nicer or more aggressive than others. The breed is a factor but only.in the sense of how they may react to certain things. Those saying I have one it's fine really need to look.
Past that and realize more caution and understanding is needed. The other thing cross-breeding does is make it hard for vets to be able to ascertain what health conditions they might have or how to treat them as their genetic makeup would be different from what is taught. I don't suppose pedigree dog breeders like them because their popularity is a threat to their business.
