Whales always go their own way. They are independent animals. Wales, however, is a different kettle of fish. The couldn't survive as an independent entity, any more than Scotland or Northern Ireland could. They will all tell you otherwise, citing spurious things, like Scotland's oil. Sorry, it isn't theirs, it's an asset.
